Program Manager - Creator Product Adoption DE
Responsibilities
* Develop, support and execute scaled product programs (manage end to end) focussed on driving large-scale participation and product adoption from creators on the platform
* Work and drive conversations with product team and other central/regional ops teams to identify potential program/project opportunities amplify on the platform.
* Coordinate resources and processes across teams to streamline execution.
* Align on standardized, clear measurement plans and set joint OKRs in line with the Creator and product team.
* Monitor campaign success and optimize for performance by tracking KPIs, evaluating results, and iterating on strategies to improve future campaigns. Provide regular updates on program performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
* Build strong relationships and work with the creator team to enhance creator engagement by developing strategies for outreach and supporting community-building efforts such as webinars and creator groups.
* Drive discovery by utilising all available in-app tools such as push notifications, in app websites, email campaigns etc.
* Adapt global content and programs to suit regional market needs, including the customisation of assets and translation, to maximise impact.
Qualifications
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
* Have a strong understanding of creator economy and proven experience in working with creators
* Experience working with creator related products - understanding the creator product journey, product tool across different platforms.
* We are hiring (1) Junior/Mid and (1) Mid/Senior Program Manager with 2 to 5+ years of experience in program management, product marketing, or product development, know-how ranging from those who have hands-on experience driving creator-focused initiatives and managing product adoption campaigns, to those with a proven track record leading multi-stakeholder programs across global teams and scaling creator engagement strategies E2E.
* Proven experience working with complex data sets & the ability to make data-driven decisions.
* Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills in German and English
* Superior attention-to-detail, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
* A team player who is accountable, proactive, and solution-oriented
Preferred qualifications
* Background in Movie & TV and sports is preferred -> if someone is coming from a different background, but willing to work on these topics, it is acceptable, however deep understanding of content strategy and content development is needed
* Sharpened know-how in all elements of content (strategy, production, story telling)
* Proven track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, strong attention to detail, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
* Experience working in a global team, across multiple time zones and cross culturally.
