Our vision We’re Hiring: Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Our Health-Tech Start-up! PHAROS Labs is a young start-up based in Hamburg, developing AI solutions for the healthcare market. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who’s eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment. Your mission Identify and build strategic partnerships within the healthcare sector. Develop and implement business development strategies to scale our business model. Analyze market and industry trends to uncover new business opportunities. Prepare and present business cases and sales materials. Proactively engage potential clients and partners, including contract negotiations and relationship management. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and partners. Collaborate closely with our internal team and management to address market needs. Support business development in expanding our product portfolio. Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences to network and promote our brand. Your profile Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Healthcare Management, or a comparable qualification. 2–4 years of professional experience in business development, ideally in healthcare or tech. Knowledge of the healthcare sector and its regulatory framework is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English. Analytical mindset with solid understanding of numbers and market analysis. Entrepreneurial thinking and passion for innovative technologies. Ability to work independently and solution-oriented in an agile environment. Willingness to travel and enjoy working with external partners. Why us?
