Customer Support Advisor
Location: Neuss (Hybrid working)
Salary: €38,000 – €42,000 per year + 10% annual bonus
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday - hours a week
The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Customer Support Advisor for a well-established European organisation that supports a large network of independent businesses.
This role sits within a central support function and focuses on managing enquiries, resolving operational issues, and ensuring a high level of service for business partners. The position is hybrid, with regular on-site collaboration in Neuss.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for business partners, handling enquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
2. Log, track, and manage support requests accurately using a ticketing or case-management system
3. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues in line with agreed service levels
4. Monitor open cases, provide clear updates, and follow through until resolution
5. Identify recurring issues or patterns and escalate insights to relevant stakeholders
6. Support updates to business records, including operational or contact detail changes
7. Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to data protection and confidentiality standards
What We’re Looking For
8. Fluency in both English and German are essential
9. Experience in a customer support, service desk, operations support, or coordination role
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally
11. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
12. Confident using CRM, ticketing, or service-management systems
13. A proactive, problem-solving mindset
