Senior Account Executive SaaS Compliance Solution (100.000 – 120.000 € OTE) Impero is a rapidly growing SaaS company listed on Nasdaq First North, specializing in financial and tax compliance. Our platform helps simplify financial and tax teams document risks, set up corresponding internal controls, and report on control status. We serve 18% of companies on the German DAX 40, and 32% of the Danish OMX C25 index, including Volkswagen, Bauhaus and Novo Holdings. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled AE’s to join our Commercial Team. As an AE at Impero, you will play a key role in our outreach, and sales activities supported by our domain and solution experts, engaging with prospects and customers, and delivering tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our platform. You will collaborate closely with Solution Experts, Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and drive company growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop and close sales opportunities based on your solid understanding of the prospects’ needs Develop new business and expand your customer portfolio by taking complete ownership of building your pipeline through your own outbound efforts—proactively generating your own opportunities while closely collaborating with our BDR, Marketing, Partner, and Customer Success teams. Sell into multiple levels of an organization, open doors and empower the Customer Success team to further expand existing customer relationships Manage a consultative sales process, and deliver compelling product demos, use cases and sales pitches together with your colleagues Cultivate and grow relationships with our partners (Big4 firms and similar consultancies) which will lead to sales opportunities and new business Forecast and report monthly and quarterly on individual KPIs such as ARR, pipeline and activities Follow market trends within the compliance space and share knowledge with your colleagues Qualifications & Experience Fluent in both German and English (mandatory). Experience in a commercial position in Software / SaaS Company Demonstrated track record in generating new business opportunities through self-initiated outbound efforts. We’re looking for candidates who have independently built and managed a robust sales pipeline, consistently delivering results. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to work closely with teams such as BDR, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success to maximize opportunity generation and pipeline growth.
