For our client in the aerospace industry we are looking for motivated candidates for the location Bremen Germany for the following position with immediate effect and within the framework of temporary employment:
Your responsibilities:
The jobholder (f/m/d) will be based in Bremen as a Enterprise Risk Management & Internal Control(f/m/d).As part of the ERM&IC team your responsibilities will include:
* Prepare, organise and perform bi-annual risk reviews for assigned directorates in line with ERMprocess to allow an independent view and transparency on the risk / opportunity situation
* Monitor the respective ERM activities as well as their implementation and operation, update thecompany risk register and actively follow-up implementation of risk mitigation plans to reduce /close risk
* Conduct tests of internal control points / provide support to tests performed as self-assessment inall processes that contribute to accounting and financial information to assess conformance andconfirm their reliability
* Document findings and issue recommendations for improvements and monitor their implementation
* Provide guidance to affiliates on all ERM and IC topics, ensure regular reporting through quarterlyprogress meetings, monitor bi-annual risk registers and results of IC campaign

* Team player with excellent communication skills
* High level of assertiveness
* German and English: Fluently
* French is a plus
* Occasional trips could be required
Professional qualifications:
* Comparable qualification at least Bachelor's degreeor
* Industrial engineer at least Bachelor's degreeor
* Completed finance degree - at least 2
Professional experience:
* Controlling at least over 4 years
* Finance at least over 4 years
* Risk management - at least 2
* Documentation - at least 2
IT:
* MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions
* SAP at least knowledge of detailed functions
Language Skills:
* German at least business fluent
* At least business fluent in English
* French would be a plus
