We are looking for a driven Project Director, or Senior Project Director, to take ownership of high-impact mission critical projects in Berlin.
The Role of a Project Director -
As Project Director, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to scope, schedule, and budget. You will collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
The Project Director will be responsible for -
* Lead the full project lifecycle from planning and design through to execution and handover
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, and operational specialists
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk registers
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
* Drive continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery
Our Project Director will -
* Proven experience as a Project Director on mission critical projects
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
* Ability to work in Berlin with occasional travel as required
