This role involves working with German businesses and digital marketing agencies to provide strategic advice and deliver optimal advertising solutions.

 * Analyse and optimize online campaigns to help clients achieve the best possible ROI.
 * Identify growth opportunities, propose tailored recommendations, and upsell relevant advertising solutions.
 * Manage client communications via phone, video calls, and email in a consultative and proactive manner.
 * Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to team goals across the EMEA region.
Key Requirements
 * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
 * Native or near-native level of German (C2) and fluent English.
 * 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing or optimizing PPC campaigns.
 * Previous experience (0-1 year) in sales or account management is an advantage.
 * Familiarity with Google Ads, AdSense, and YouTube advertising.
 * Strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
 * Proactive, collaborative, and motivated by personal and professional growth.
