Your Job

The Power and Signal Business Unit (PSBU) is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team and grow our business within automotive tier-1 customer base in Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and executing market strategy, identifying opportunities for sales and product development, and building strong relationships with customers and industry partners. This role plays a critical part in our imperative to accelerate profitable revenue growth at key accounts in this industry verticals.

Our Team

You will be joining the development team for PSBU's largest and most recognized portfolio where we lead product and market innovation for wire-to-wire and wire-to-board interconnects.

What you will do

1. Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in line with our strategy and goals.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, partners, and stakeholders.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify trends.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams including marketing, sales, product development, and finance to ensure alignment on growth initiatives
5. Prepare and deliver compelling product and capability presentations and proposals
6. Track and report on business development activities, sales pipeline, and other key performance metrics.
7. Represent Molex at industry events and conference

Expectations:

8. Drive growth exceeding market levels
9. Grow Sales Force Project Pipeline for identification and wins for core focus accounts
10. Travel to customers, plants, engineering centers, test labs to support and drive programs / timing / results
11. Focus on core PSBU signal and low to mid power solutions – drive products to lead with for new platforms
12. Maintain insight on pulse of key competitors – new products and new technologies
13. Identify and develop product extensions and new products based on customer / industry requirements
14. Collaborate cross-functionally with New Product Development Managers, Product Design Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams to help drive the new product development opportunities which you have identified
15. Maintain ongoing updated project list with project overview, status, ECD, key actions
