As a Specialist Process Excellence, you will: Take responsibility for the successful implementation of Atradius Group initiatives in the Finance division in Germany, Central, and Eastern Europe Manage projects aimed at optimising, automating, and digitalising finance processes in Germany, Central, and Eastern Europe Maintain and continuously improve existing local IT solutions (e.g. Power Query, Excel, VBA, Business Objects, Sharepoint, Power Apps, CoPilot) and master data maintenance (Oracle, Apro, Basware, Coupa etc.) Model and analyse business processes and workflows, involving key users and experts from other departments Create, maintain, and further develop process documentation Act as a contact person for the Atradius Group’s departments on all matters relating to finance processes What we are looking for: MBA (or comparable degree) in Business Administration or Computer Science Several years of professional experience in the finance or IT sector of a leading management consultancy or a multinational corporation Experienced project manager with proven success in leading projects in an international environment/multinational corporation In-depth knowledge and practical experience in applying best practices in process management (e.g. process documentation, identification of efficiency potentials, implementation of process changes, etc.) Excellent analytical skills Strong team spirit and the ability to build relationships in an international environment Very good knowledge of the MS platform, especially Sharepoint, Power, Excel, and an understanding of programming logic (VBA, Power FX, Low Code) Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluent English What you can look forward to: An appreciative corporate culture Genuine work-life balance Thorough onboarding and mentoring Established feedback and error culture Opportunities for advancement Your position is permanent and secure Your salary is competitive thanks to collective agreements and special payments Our headquarters in Cologne-Deutz is centrally located with good transport links Mobile working and flexible working hours are a given for us Subsidised health offers, in-house canteen, and JobRad scheme Time value accounts with the option for sabbaticals Employer-financed company pension scheme Equal opportunities for all Diversity is of great importance to Atradius.
