Job Description
1. Administrative Support: Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, including but not limited to maintaining daily office environment, managing office supplies, and delivering employee services to ensure an efficient and orderly workplace.
2. Internal Department Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for administrative requirements across departments, coordinating resources to deliver professional administrative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
3. Policy Implementation: Execute and refine company administrative management systems, ensuring standardized procedures and improved work effectiveness.
4. Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Regularly collect and analyze administrative service data, propose improvement measures for identified issues, and continuously optimize administrative support processes.
5. Project Tracking & Collaboration: Closely monitor project progress, collaborate with team members to ensure stable operation of administrative support functions, and effectively meet business department needs.
Job Requirement
1. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for majors in Economics, Business Administration, Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
2. Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or internal support roles.
3. Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, positive attitude, self-motivated, meticulous, careful and conscientious.
