Purpose of the position
Supporting the development of the Operational Technology standard for Intersnack and the pilot project. As well as training of Key Users and operator and the future rollout of the developed OT standard across all Intersnack sites. The position is limited for two years.
Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the development of a standardized OT framework for Intersnack.
2. Support the OT pilot project, ensuring successful implementation and feedback collection.
3. Create and maintain operational handbooks outlining Intersnack’s OT standards.
4. Provide on-site Go-Live and hypercare (PGLS) support during implementation onsite.
5. Train plant key users on new systems and templates.
6. Lead the future rollout of the developed OT standards across all company sites.
Education
7. University degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business Administration – or similar experience.
Experience
8. Min. 5 years’ work experience in FMCG (ideally food), IT or Consulting roles would be desirable.
9. Hands-on experience with MES systems and programming.
10. Knowledge of PLCs, OPC/Kepware, and project management (experience with MES implementations is a plus).
11. Fluent in English; German or other Intersnack languages are beneficial.
Skills
12. Strong communication and persuasion skills—able to influence without direct authority.
13. Project management and business process documentation experience.
14. Willingness to travel up to 80% across the EU and UK.
