The customer service role entails client servicing and policy administration activities. The job of the Customer Service Associate – Collective Funds is to provide support in daily operations.
* Operational Support: Provide assistance with case checks and follow-ups;
* Client Management: Engage directly with clients at all stages of operations and ensure timely completion of client requests;
* Policy Administration: Handle transaction documents (sort, identify, split, index (create/link case) and archive documents);
* Business Processing: Execute services for external clients/partners as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Profile of Our Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics;
* Similar experience of 2-3 years in banking/insurance industry;
* AML/KYC skills (document collection and analysis);
* Analytical skills.
