Your mission

Rencore is the category leader in AI Governance for Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform. As organizations deploy Microsoft Copilot and AI Agents at scale, the need for structured governance has become a board-level priority - and Rencore is at the center of that conversation.

As Demand Generation Manager, you will design and execute high-impact campaigns, build our account-based marketing (ABM) approach, and accelerate pipeline creation to meet ambitious growth targets. You will turn analyst insights and content into a measurable demand engine, positioning Rencore as the leading voice in AI governance while directly driving commercial outcomes. AI tools are expected across every dimension of this role as standard practice.


Your profile

What Success Looks Like

Pipeline and demand generation
* Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and partners that engage our ICP and drive measurable opportunities.
* Own the ABM strategy, tailoring programs to target verticals and priority accounts.
* Drive pipeline progression across funnel stages in close partnership with Sales.
* Pilot and scale demand generation tactics using AI, data, experimentation, and emerging channels.
* Lead content marketing strategy and execution to build a digital footprint that drives brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation.
* Align with Sales to ensure leads convert, reducing friction and wasted effort.
Ways of working
* AI first approach to all aspects of campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
* Bring new ideas, tactics, and tools that strengthen marketing impact.
* Stay agile, balancing short-term demand with long-term brand credibility.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to connect marketing initiatives to overall business outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Own the thought leadership content calendar - commissioning, writing, editing, and distributing content across formats and channels.
* Plan and execute 4-6 major integrated campaigns per year alongside an always-on demand generation program.
* Use AI tools throughout campaign work to maximize output and reduce manual overhead.
* Manage campaign budgets across paid, owned, and earned channels.
* Partner with Sales to ensure tight MQL handoff and feedback loops.
* Run post-campaign analysis and present findings to the leadership team.
* Monitor the competitive and analyst landscape and bring forward content opportunities.
* Support event strategy including Microsoft Ignite, Copilot community events, and Rencore-hosted webinars.

Your experience
* 3-5 years in demand generation and acquisition marketing with demonstrable results.
* Proven track record managing cross-channel campaigns with an emphasis on digital (SEO, Social, Paid, Events, Content) and analyst thought leadership that delivers measurable pipeline growth.
* Hands-on expertise with AI tooling, automation, and HubSpot.
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with reporting, dashboards, and attribution models.
* Ability to balance attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
* A collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
