In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our new validation software for pipeline inspection data. Design Initiatives: Be part of the complete UX process - from initial user research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final design User Research & Testing: Participate in UX workshops with users and stakeholders, conduct usability testing sessions, and translate insights into actionable design improvements Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional product team, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with both business goals and technical requirements UX Alignment: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team and coordinate design efforts with other UX designers across various teams Design Systems & Consistency: Develop and maintain our design system in Figma to ensure consistency across all product developments To become part of the ROSEN family, you are a seasoned professional with a robust background in UX design. Strong experience in UX design, supported by a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex design challenges. A degree in human-computer interaction, psychology, media science, or a related field is preferred medical, automotive, big data)Deep understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making Mastery of Figma with extensive experience in prototyping, wireframing, and creating detailed interaction designs.
