Your Responsibilities: Assist in the analysis of real estate investments and market trends. Support the preparation of cash flow models and financial analyses. Contribute to the creation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports. Conduct data research and prepare insights on transactions, market metrics, and potential investors. Support due diligence processes and the organization of transactions. Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases. Your Profile: Enrolled student in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, or Finance. Initial experience in real estate, financial analysis, or capital markets is a plus. Strong analytical and structured thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English. High motivation, proactive mindset, and ability to work in a team.
