Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive digital transformation initiatives and enhance analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and Sales, with at least 8 years of experience.
Your Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement new capabilities, tools, and processes to enable agility and scalability.
* Optimize and maintain business systems and reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
* Ensure data-privacy compliance for sales systems and reporting.
* Manage relevant local solution providers (vendors) together with Mondelez Digital Services.
* Provide leadership to direct reports and work collaboratively across sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University degree in a related field (e.g., Business Informatics).
* Strong stakeholder management, people management, and influencing skills.
* Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of data-management, systems, and apps.
* Passion, growth mindset, and learning agility are critical in this continuously evolving area.
* Excellent English and German skills.
