Your role
* You provide dedicated VIP support for the Executive Board and other key stakeholders, ensuring fast, reliable handling of their IT incidents and service requests
* You handle operational tickets and deliver professional, customer-focused IT support for all users (on-site and remote), with high service quality and clear, context-appropriate communication
* You are responsible for the IT infrastructure in your area (network & data center), including monitoring, basic configuration, and coordination with specialist teams and external partners
* You implement, operate, and further develop Microsoft Teams Rooms and support on-site video, conference, and event technology
* You will manage end devices and workstations (e.g., Windows, macOS, mobile devices, printers), including rollout, setup, maintenance, and lifecycle management of the hardware
What you bring to the table
* Several years of relevant experience in a demanding IT support environment, ideally with direct VIP support for top management and other critical stakeholders
* An excellent degree in Computer Science, IT Systems Engineering (m/f/d), or a comparable IT qualification; a university degree in (Business) Informatics is a plus
* In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Windows and macOS environments, network fundamentals (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN), and ideally ITSM tools
* Fluent written and spoken German and English for confident communication at all hierarchical levels
* A strong service and solution-oriented mindset, exceptional reliability, excellent communication skills, discretion when handling sensitive information, and a proactive, team-oriented work style
