Your challenges
1. You are responsible for the development and the implementation of a People & Organization-concept and the corresponding organization, initially for Germany and gradually expanding to other regions with the goal to operate globally.
2. You steer and drive all operations topics and processes in the areas of Recruiting Services and People Operations in Germany managing relevant functions and teams both technically and disciplinarily.
3. You are responsible for HR IT systems, particularly Workday, as well as reporting and the definition of KPI’s.
4. You will implement modern, standardized, and digital People & Organization processes within Germany in close cooperation with local People & Organization colleagues business partners and centers of excellence, while taking into account local co-determination rights and operational regulations.
5. You will develop short and medium-term plans to optimize the organization and functions in People & Organization Operations as well as digitalization initiatives to improve the employee experience.
6. You will build a strong cross-functional network within the company and within People & Organization as well as outside the company and help shape and implement global processes and standards.
7. You will take responsibility for personal and organizational data within People & Organization (HRIS, personnel files, etc.) and lead internal and external audits.
Your expertise
8. You have been working in a similar position with a minimum of 5 years and have management experience.
9. You are experienced in developing and implementing global standards and processes.
10. You possess experience with HRIS tools and are familiar with optimizing and leveraging them. A familiarity with Workday will be considered an advantage.
11. You consider yourself a structured, process-oriented and IT-savvy person with a strong customer-focus along with good communication and collaboration skills.
12. You combine analytical thinking with a high pragmatism and problem-solving skills.
13. You are capable of handling change and setting priorities comes easily to you.
14. You are fluent in English and German.
