Role Responsibilities:

Supporting management & office organisation

* Coordinating daily administrative processes and office organisation

* Preparing reports and presentations for internal and external meetings

* Managing diaries, travel arrangements and meeting schedules for management and department heads

Insight into the business & development

* Gradual assumption of responsibility through introduction to operational and strategic areas of the company

* Supporting senior management with data collection, KPI tracking, business analysis and project tracking

* Participation in departmental meetings and independent implementation of delegated tasks

Communication & stakeholder management

* Professional and confidential communication with internal teams and external partners

* Independent tracking of tasks and communication to ensure timely implementation

Growth and succession

* Proactive approach and strong desire for professional development

* Participation in relevant training courses and mentoring programmes

What were looking for?

* Technical knowledge, completed mechanical or technical vocational training desirable

* Interest in changing your perspective and viewing operations from a management level

* 1–2 years of professional experience in a professional office environment (including internships or working student positions)

* Experience in supporting executives, coordinating administrative tasks or preparing business documents desirable

* Experience in dealing with data reports, KPIs or simple project tracking is an advantage

* Strong organisational skills and excellent communication and social skills

* Proactive approach to work and willingness to go above and beyond what is expected

* In-depth knowledge of common office tools (MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and experience with KPI/data dashboards

* Business fluent in German and English

* Valid Class B driving licence

* Experience in supporting executives or department heads
