We are seeking a qualified Consultant Psychiatrist (m/w/d) to lead the establishment and development of a new community psychiatry facility in the Greater Oldenburg region. Your Profile:
* Valid German medical license (Approbation)
* Board certification as a Consultant Psychiatrist in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy or Neurology
* Extensive expertise in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders
* Strong commitment and creativity in patient-centered care
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Motivation to design and expand innovative psychiatric care models

Your Responsibilities:
* Medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive management of patients with psychiatric conditions
* Conducting individual therapy sessions and facilitating group therapies as appropriate
* Leading clinical and operational activities for the new site, including staff recruitment and integration
* Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychotherapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
* Ensuring adherence to quality standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives
* Engaging with regional healthcare partners to foster integrated care pathways
