Description and Requirements
We are looking for a results-driven, analytically strong Retail, Etail & Trade Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of technology and retail marketing. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing retail and etail partnerships, alliance partners in the hardware industry, drives promotional and sell-through initiatives, and knows how to turn marketing budgets into measurable business results. You understand the sales funnel, know what drives conversion, and can activate across multiple channels – both online and offline.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Independently manage and execute retail and etail marketing initiatives with key partners
2. Define and implement tactical sell-out strategies in collaboration with Sales and Alliance partners
3. Monitor and optimize ROI for all activities and ensure alignment with sell-through objectives
4. Lead, manage, and evaluate promoter programs with a strong focus on sales performance and KPIs
5. Oversee and track budget allocations; ensure spending is aligned with strategic business goals and hardware alliance partners
6. Act as the marketing interface for internal sales teams and external retail contacts, providing strategic guidance and clear direction
7. Analyze campaign performance and market data, turning insights into actionable plans
8. Plan and execute Above-The-Line (ATL) campaigns to elevate brand awareness and effectively move consumers from awareness to consideration
9. Maintain a clear overview of all projects, partners, and timelines – delivering insights and status reports at the push of a button
10. Ensure flawless execution under tight deadlines – managing tools and processes precisely, gathering proof of execution
11. and aligning results with alliance partners

Your Profile:
13. Proven experience in retail/etail marketing, ideally in the consumer electronics, hardware, or comparable industry
14. Analytical mindset – you love numbers, question performance, and optimize based on insights
15. Entrepreneurial spirit – you think in ROI and business impact, not just in visibility
16. Confident and persuasive communicator who can manage stakeholders on all levels
17. Hands-on experience with managing ATL campaigns and turning brand awareness into sales consideration
18. Highly organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
19. Native-level or fluent English skills (C1+), both written and spoken
20. Affinity for technology, AI, and digital trends
21. You must be able to work with precision – managing processes and tools efficiently, collecting proof of performance, and discussing results with alliance partners and retailers on eye level
