We are looking for an SAP EWM Business Analyst who keeps warehouse operations running smoothly while driving continuous improvements. In this role, you sit at the intersection of IT and Operations-hands-on, collaborative, and close to the daily realities of warehouse processes. ⚠️ Important: Your primary office is Stuttgart, but 2-3 days per week you will work onsite at our Logistics Center (LCE) in Gärtringen to support the operational teams. Your Responsibilities: Operational Support & Daily Logistics Main contact for SAP EWM support for warehouse teams Troubleshoot and resolve issues in inbound/outbound flows, picking, packing, RF transactions, and inventory Support daily activities such as wave creation, exception handling, and queue monitoring Align closely with supervisors to ensure smooth system performance Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Analyze existing processes and identify improvement opportunities Recommend and implement enhancements to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort Promote standardization and support automation initiatives Configuration, Integration & Projects Perform SAP EWM configuration (storage types, HU, PPF, queues, RF, warehouse orders) Support integration with SAP S/4 (MM, SD, WM, LE, QM) Partner with ABAP developers for specs, testing, and deployments Lead requirement gathering, documentation, UAT, and rollout of changes Training & Communication Train warehouse users on new or updated functionalities Create clear SOPs and user guides Communicate system changes and maintenance activities What You Bring: Degree in Warehouse Management, Computer Science, Logistics, or similar Strong hands-on SAP EWM experience; Dematic knowledge is a plus Solid understanding of warehouse/logistics operations Experience with RF processes and exception handling Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication with both IT and warehouse teams Why Work With Us?
