As Senior Sales Manager at Modell Aachen, you will take meaningful ownership of enterprise growth across the DACH market while actively shaping how we scale in DACH and beyond over the next 1–2 years.
You’ll join a growing SaaS company providing AI-enabled management systems to large organizations across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, and the Netherlands. Work alongside a growing sales team and report directly into passionate Sales Leader, Fabian. With a flat hierarchy and short decision paths, you’ll have both autonomy and visibility, the freedom to execute and direct influence on how our sales organization evolves.
This role is designed for an experienced enterprise sales professional who values clear responsibility, strategic relevance, and hands-on ownership of enterprise deals from first conversation to signed agreement.
Take responsibility for net-new enterprise deals (500+ employees up to 5000 employees), running the full sales cycle from prospection to signature
Creatively Engage : Use a thoughtful and creative mix of digital and personal engagement – calls, email, and LinkedIn to stand out
Close consultative and complex sales cycles (~180 days) with average deal sizes at €40-50k ARR, with a 500k target.
Have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales environment, with proven success closing complex enterprise level deal
Combine strategic thinking with hands on execution and ownership
Native level German and professional level English speaker
