Our client specializes in providing industrial equipment and systems, along with comprehensive sales and service support. They are looking for an Administrative and Sales Assistant (m/f/d) full-time or part-time (28-30h/week).
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
* Prepare reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents.
* Order office supplies and manage inventory.
* Coordinate the leasing, distribution, and tracking of laptops, monitors, and other office devices.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers for equipment leasing and maintenance.
* Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree or relevant work experience.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Near native-level German proficiency.
* Business-level English proficiency.
* Japanese skills are welcome.
