Your Role Assist in delivering global and business-critical Workload Automation and related Monitoring services (EMEA, APAC, AMER) in alignment with business demands and within agreed SLAs\n\nProvide SLA 1 Class Support for the Workload Automation Service\n\nMaintain the operational model of our Workload Automation Tool\n\nParticipate in migration projects within the Workload Automation domain\n\nKeep documentation up to date, ensuring connections and processes between all services while minimizing overlaps between services delivered by different teams in the Workload Automation domain\n\nIdentify potential risks to service delivery and assist in developing strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruptions\n\nAssist in assessing and enhancing Workload Automation processes, implementing best practices and standards to optimize service delivery efficiency\n\nYour Profile Bachelor’s or master’s degree in the field Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT industry\n\nInitial working experience in Workload Automation and IT Operations\n\nBasic experience with Workload Automation Tools\n\nDeep knowledge of service delivery within ITIL guidelines\n\nAbility to understand and hold various roles in IT\n\nExperience in coordinating and communicating complex tasks\n\nExcellent communication skills in English and the ability to work both independently and as part of an international team\n\nProactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and empathy in dealing with stakeholders\n\nYour ZEISS Recruiting Team:\nMrs. Selina Riccio
