KG Organization Grid Technologies Business Unit Business Strategy Full / Part time Part-time Experience Level Student (Not Yet Graduated) Location: ERL S SP 11Mode of Employment: Part-time / Fixed TermA Snapshot of Your Day You begin your day by organizing a TEAMS meeting with colleagues to gather information on current supplier ESG risk assessment processes and data. You analyze the collected information, consider potential solutions, and prepare concise PowerPoint presentations with supporting evidence and Excel-based pivot tables. With your findings you contribute to the development of a future concept for supplier ESG ratings. You will manage and monitor action items, acting as a reliable partner to both colleagues and suppliers. As part of the project, you will utilize your IT expertise to help design an efficient digital data collection process for supplier ESG ratings. In the afternoon, you will support your manager in status meetings regarding a CBAM implementation project, which includes drafting meeting minutes, keep track of action items, and escalate any issues to your manager. You are a partner to your manager, being fully integrated into the ESR and GT EQS team.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Coordinate and support project meetings via TEAMs, ensuring accurate documentation of meeting minutes and diligent tracking of action items
2. Assist in project management by monitoring action items and providing clear status and issue reports
3. Take ownership of analyses and maintain alignment with key stakeholders in procurement and factory operations
4. Deliver well-founded recommendations to the team or management through professional PowerPoint presentations
5. Contribute to streamlined processes and effective IT tool implementation by leveraging your general IT expertise
6. Open to working or creating/drafting social media content
What You Bring
7. Ongoing studies in economics, business administration, or a related field
8. Excellent communication abilities paired with strong organizational and analytical skills; an independent, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
9. Initial experience in project management, ideally involving the implementation of digital processes or IT solutions
10. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
11. Fluent in written and spoken English, enabling effective collaboration within a large, international corporate environment
12. Knowledge of and enthusiasm for sustainability topics is adventurous
