Essential Functions: Front office management - reception of calls and guests, service providers, customers in the office. Receiving and sending parcels and correspondence. Material order management and tracking for the different departments. Monitor and maintain office supplies Coordinate and supervise the cleaning of the office. Support to the HR department during onboarding, offboarding, absence management and others. Remote offices support (Jena, Freiburg, Budapest [material mgmt.]) in the above mentioned areas Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Previous professional experience in similar capacity Excellent communication, analysis and problem-solving skills. Great organizational skills with a high attention to detail. Ability to multitask, work under pressure and prioritize varied workload. Self-motivated, proactive, creative and energetic with a positive can-do attitude. Excellent German and English verbal and written skills.
