Backup engineer (m/f)

We are looking for a Backup Engineer (m/f) for one of our clients based in Luxembourg.

Your responsibilities Management of data protection and business continuity solutions (BCP, DRP).

Management of the backup and support platform.

Monitoring and daily exploitation of backup reports.

Control of data protection infrastructures (Internal and SaaS clients).

Management of daily customer tickets (incidents, requests).

Participation in integration or migration projects.

Support to the sales department.

Writing of documentation and procedures.

Management of reports and KPIs.

Your profile You have an IT degree and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

You have a solid knowledge of IT related fields such as: Windows Server, Microsoft technologies, storage, virtualization, backup systems, Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Knowledge of the following tools is a plus: Evault, Carbonite, OpenText, Cohesity or any data protection software.

You are fluent in French and you also have a good English level.
