The demands on companies and their business partners to respect human rights and environmental standards are increasing. To support partner countries in effectively implementing the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD), the European Commission and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) have launched the Team Europe Initiative (TEI) 'Sustainability in Global Value Chains'. As part of the TEI, employees will contribute to setting up and providing advisory services of the 'EU Due Diligence Navigator’, through which stakeholders from partner countries can receive free, individualized advice and recommendations for suitable support measures from the Navigator experts.
