A growing international company in the medical technology sector is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function in Berlin.
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of the entire employee lifecycle while managing and developing a small HR team and working closely with leadership on people strategy, compliance, and organizational development.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, retention, and offboarding
* Acting as the main HR partner for managers and employees across the business
* Leading and developing 1 direct report (HR Specialist/Coordinator)
* Working closely with the Works Council (Betriebsrat) on employee matters and co-determination topics
* Ensuring compliance with German labour law, HR policies, and internal procedures
* Supporting organizational planning, workforce development, and HR reporting
What We’re Looking For
* Several years of experience in HR with end-to-end employee lifecycle responsibility
* Proven experience working with a Works Council (Betriebsrat)
* Strong knowledge of German labour law and HR compliance
* Experience in managing or mentoring a team member
* Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
