Business Central Support Specialist /
EW Nutrition GmbH is a dynamic, globally active company with a strongly scientifically orientated product portfolio in the field of functional and innovative feed additives and special feed additives. We are looking to strengthen our IT team as soon as possible for a
Business Central - Support Specialist (gn)
These are your tasks
11. You will manage and track tickets using our Jira system and prioritize and classify the incoming tickets
12. You perform routine system maintenance, updates, deploy new releases and patches
13. You conduct training sessions on system functionalities and best practices
14. You develop and maintain user manuals, guides and FAQ’s
15. You assist in customizing and configuring Business Central to meet business needs
16. You collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features
17. You work together with the master data office to ensure data integrity and assist with data migration, import/export, and integration with other systems
What you need for this position
18. You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
19. You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics NAV/Navision)
20. You have proven experience in technical support roles
21. You are proficient in system troubleshooting and problem solving
22. You have experience with SQL Server and Jira
23. Experience in DevOps CI/CD pipeline management is an advantage
24. You are a team player and appreciate an international and multicultural environment
25. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
26. Very good English skills round off your profile
