Your daily tasks will focused on the following 5 main aspects:
Business & Digital Strategy
* Lead digital transformation across all functional departments, ensuring alignment with central guidelines.
* Understand business needs, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement for better efficiency and user experience.
Project Management & Process Optimization
* Manage digital projects from conception to implementation, ensuring smooth execution and ROI achievement.
* Anticipate bottlenecks, align IT developments with business needs, and validate solutions before deployment.
Key User Network & Change Management
* Build and coordinate a key user network to support digital adoption.
* Facilitate training, testing, and best practice sharing to ensure smooth transitions and continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Governance
* Act as the link between business teams and IT, ensuring digital initiatives meet operational needs.
* Oversee governance, coordinate business owners, and maintain consistency across digital transformation efforts.
Training & Innovation
* Promote digital innovation by introducing new technologies and best practices.
* Develop training programs, support teams in using digital tools effectively, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Skills Required:
* Very strong business processes knowledge and their functional interactions
* Strong skills in the use of the application architecture
* Expertise in the ERP operational use (ideally SAP)
* Ability to work closely with other departments and the IT department
* Ability to formalize and make understandable our process description
* Focuses on the customer/user experience continuous improvement
* Ability to work in English and French recommended knowledge
* Availability to travel frequently (30%) to different sites from the Cluster West.
* Fluency in French and English
