&##Lead the design and implementation of SAP ILM solutions as part of a global S/4HANA transformation.
Define and enforce data lifecycle, retention, and compliance policies (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
Conduct regular system audits and drive continuous improvement in data integrity and governance.
Support SAP upgrades, ILM testing, and documentation to the highest technical standards.
10+ years in SAP ILM with strong expertise in OpenText ILM.
~Proven knowledge of data compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOX) and SAP archiving methods (LEW, CDE).
~ Experience across both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
~ A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in complex global programs.
~ Certifications in SAP ILM/OpenText ILM are a big plus.
