Key Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced data analytics solutions to support Quality business processes. This includes automating the calculation and visualization of Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights.
In addition, the role requires understanding and supporting relevant Quality Management System (QMS) business processes, including Deviation, CAPA, and Complaint management. The candidate must ensure that data analytics solutions are aligned with these processes.
* Data Analytics and Reporting: Develop and maintain advanced data analytics solutions to support Quality business processes.
* Quality Business Processes: Understand and support relevant QMS business processes, including Deviation, CAPA, and Complaint management.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and other stakeholders to ensure data analytics solutions meet business needs.
* Project Management: Manage and support global, complex data analytics projects.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in data analytics processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a degree (BSc) or equivalent in data science, IT, or a comparable field. They should have knowledge in data modelling (Inmon, Kimball, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) and project management skills. Additionally, they should have experience in biotech-related business processes (GxP) and fluently speak English both verbally and in writing.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in the aforementioned field is required. The candidate should also have proficient knowledge of data structures in TrackWise and Veeva Quality Management System, as well as experience with data analytics tools such as SAP BW, SAP Native HANA, Qlik Sense, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft Power BI.
