Position Summary

We’re looking for a Senior Google Ads Performance Specialist with deep expertise in Performance Max, Google Shopping, and multi-regional ecommerce campaigns. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of high-scale paid media efforts, driving growth across a global product catalog and helping Eneba expand its reach across new categories and markets.

You’ll join a lean, high-performing team and lead the creation, optimization, and strategic scaling of Google Ads campaigns from the ground up—working hands-on with a $1M+/month budget. If you're an experienced performance marketer who thrives in high-autonomy environments and loves building impactful campaigns at scale, this is the role for you.


Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end ownership of Google Ads (Performance Max, Shopping, and Search) campaigns.
- Plan, structure, and launch high-scale campaigns from scratch, aligned with core business goals.
- Build strategic campaign roadmaps based on product priorities, regional differences, and growth targets.
- Execute and manage keyword research, targeting, testing strategies, and bid optimization.
- Handle complex product feeds via tools like Google Merchant Center, Channable, or DataFeedWatch.
- Monitor performance in real-time, adjusting campaigns based on performance targets and KPIs.
- Manage $1M+ in monthly budget across multiple markets, currencies, and languages.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dedicated Google support to ensure campaign success.
- Use AI and automation tools where possible to drive efficiency and scalability.


Required qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce performance marketing, managing Google Ads for large product catalogs (10,000+ SKUs).
- Proven expertise in Performance Max and Google Shopping campaign creation and optimization.
- Hands-on experience working with Google Merchant Center and product feed management tools.
- Prior success managing high-spend campaigns ($1M+/month) across multiple countries and regions (e.g., US, DE, FR, LATAM).
- Deep understanding of ecommerce behavior, seasonal trends, and funnel dynamics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into campaign structures and tactical execution.
- Experience with localization and adapting paid strategies to different languages, currencies, and regional behaviors.
- Strong analytical skills; able to interpret data and drive performance improvements independently.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong ownership mentality.
