Here’s what you will do…
* Crush Revenue Goals: Your own and those of your team. Your success is our success!
* Nurture Leads: Handle every leads from marketing campaigns and our website with care and charm, guiding prospects through virtual product demos and showrooms to convert them into loyal customers.
* WOW Our Customers: Every interaction is an opportunity to impress. You create WOW moments. Build your style to leave an impression on your customers.
* Keep it Organised: Maintain a transparent, well-structured sales pipeline. Accurate data and clear visibility are your best friends.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Always aim higher. Boost our conversion rates and drive revenue growth with every step.
What we’re looking for
* Native-level Dutch speaker, with excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
* B2B sales experience, ideally in interior design, architecture, or office solutions.
* Skilled in virtual selling — you build trust easily over video and email.
* Strong knowledge of Benelux business culture and how purchasing decisions are made.
* Structured thinker who manages leads methodically and strategically.
* Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, curious, and eager to improve with every interaction.
* A true team player — ready to grow with us, share feedback, and celebrate wins together.
* Process mindset & continuous improvement: A structured, improvement-oriented way of working, with an interest in understanding, developing, and optimizing operational processes in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
