Are you based in Munich or Stuttgart and ready to travel to our HQ in France and visit stakeholders across Germany? Join our EMEA Strategic Account Team ! You will be primarily responsible for 3 e-tailer accounts in Germany, focusing on the Softgoods category, including Footwear, Apparel, Bags, and Gear. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Joint Business Plan (JBP) Ownership and Execution Owns the category within the JBP and develop Sales & Marketing strategies. Articulates the product needs of the customer, based on the Customer Value Assessment (CVA) and accounts strategy. You build strong connections with key decision makers, buying teams, merchandisers, and marketing teams. Build plans to grow faster than competition and gain marketshares Seasonal Commercial Plan Provides accurate pre-season forecasts and monthly in-season shipping forecasts to the business. Works closely with commercial/merchandising teams to develop programs and product ranges to deliver against the JBP. Order Book Ownership Manage the order book and ensures it is tightly managed according to internal policies and customer expectations - alignment with order entry, following up and manage challenges. It includes all reorder activities allowing to answer consumer demand. Sell Thru Activities/ Brand Presence: Responsible for managing sell-through activities together with Marketing, monitoring the execution of seasonal sales programs. Ensures exceptional brand presence in the account stores and online. Visit the market and shops to ensure the quality of our in-store presence and visibility of our products
