About Subsystem Architecture Development

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a subsystem architect. The role involves the development of subsystem architectures, including system-level documentation. This is a key position in our organization, requiring strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
\
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of hardware engineering and be able to apply this knowledge to develop innovative solutions. Experience with design of digital and/or mixed-signal circuitry from concept over schematics to layout and verification is highly desirable.
\
In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a dynamic project-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
\
\
* Develop subsystem architectures and system-level documentation
\
* Work closely with systems engineers and hardware design engineers to ensure compliance with overall system requirements
\
* Coordinate technical solutions and assess technical risks
\
* Define requirements for subsystem elements and secure compliance to applicable standards
\
* Facilitate design support and review designs of subsystems
\
* Roadmap developed solutions to enable reuse in future deliveries
\
* Collaborate with customers on requirements and design reviews
\
* Execute integration tests and verification on subsystem level
\
\
Requirements
\
\
* University degree within electrical engineering, physics or similar – preferably with a specialization in digital hardware engineering for RF/MW applications
\
* Analytical mindset and ability to break down complex challenges while keeping a holistic overview
\
* Experience with design of digital and/or mixed-signal circuitry from concept over schematics to layout and verification
\
* Mathematical characterization and modelling of hardware systems incl. scenario simulations
\
* Understanding of regulatory requirements for radio, safety, and EMC
\
* Experience with systems or concept engineering and related methodologies such as MBSE, SysML, UML, and related tools is considered an advantage
\
