Who are you?
The Head of Sales Europe is responsible for leading, planning, and managing the sales activities of the company. They develop and implement sales strategies, mentor and guide the sales teams, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals and organizational objectives. They are responsible for the full P&L of the company and building a profitable sales team.

* Manager of the local OPPLE Country Managers across European countries
Your profile :
Mandatory Qualifications
* University degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
* Minimum 10+ years of experience in the lighting industry or electrical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Minimum 5+ years of sales management experience within the lighting / building material / B2B industrial sector
* Proficiency in German and English; French is a plus
* Experience navigating matrix structures in multinational corporations and cross-border collaboration skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce

* Deep knowledge of European lighting sales, regulations, distribution models, and procurement practices
* Experience negotiating complex deals (€5M+ projects) with C-suite stakeholders

Your responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership
* Develop and execute 3-5-year sales strategies for Europe aligned with global objectives
* Conduct detailed market analysis to identify opportunities and threats
* Strengthen distribution networks and establish strategic partnerships
* Design and implement Key Account Management frameworks
Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
* Lead a ~50-member pan-European sales team, fostering high performance
* Standardize sales processes and optimize CRM usage
Cross-functional cooperation
* Partner with P&D centers in China for product and regulatory alignment
* Collaborate with marketing for data-driven campaigns
Compliance & Ethics
* Ensure legal and ethical operations of the sales team
* Address compliance issues promptly
