Your tasks
9. Responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of logistics processes.
10. Analyzing existing processes to identify and exploit potential for improvement.
11. Development and consistent implementation of cross-location process standards and guidelines.
12. Close exchange with interface departments such as Purchasing, Production and Quality to ensure a smooth flow of materials.
13. Conception and implementation of training courses and workshops to raise employee awareness of process optimization.
14. Preparation of technical documentation and regular reporting of key process figures.
Your profile
15. A successfully completed degree in logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification.
16. Several years of professional experience in the logistics environment or in process management.
17. Sound knowledge of common methods of process analysis, for example Lean Management or Six Sigma.
18. Confident handling of modern logistics systems and software as well as detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office.
19. Business fluent in German and proficient in English for international coordination.
20. Proactive way of working and strong communication skills in a team environment
