A Snapshot of Your Day You kick off your day by analyzing complex customer inquiries for large power transformers, coordinating technical and commercial details with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, and preparing tailored offers. You engage directly with customers and regional sales teams, ensuring solutions meet both technical and business requirements. Throughout the day, you manage multiple large-scale projects, coach junior team members, and actively improve Offer Management processes, all while supporting the team in handling a significant increase in order volume driven by factory expansion and the strategic shift towards the US market.How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Management of technical and commercial offer lifecycle for large power transformers to handle increased order volume
2. Preparation of detailed offers including cost calculations, pricing strategies, and delivery schedules
3. Coordination with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to ensure technical feasibility and competitive costing
4. Engagement with customers and regional sales teams, leading contract negotiations and strategic account management
5. Oversight of large and complex offer projects and acting as central point of contact between customer and internal stakeholders
6. Coaching and mentoring of junior team members and continuous improvement of offer management processes
What You Bring
7. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
8. 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, offer management, or project management, preferably in high-voltage equipment or energy sector
9. Excellent German & English language skills
10. Recognized expertise in high-voltage power systems and transformer technology, consistent with a Specialist Professional (P4) level
11. Proven track record in preparing and negotiating technical-commercial offers and managing large, high-value projects
12. Experience in cost calculation, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, CRM, and stakeholder management
13. Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and coaching & mentoring capabilities
