The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated, and dedicated marketing associate to join our Europe marketing team and work on innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a data-driven approach and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks.
The candidate should be open to travel (domestic and international), and may have to accommodate collaboration in global time zones occasionally.
Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) and regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and partner success.
* Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, email, social, and digital channels, using data and insights to continuously optimize performance.
* Create, localise, and transliterate marketing content for the German market, including adapting global assets, translating English content into German, and reviewing localised materials for accuracy and relevance.
* Plan and coordinate events, webinars, and training sessions to engage prospects, customers, and partners, and measure impact against defined KPIs.
* Design and manage channel and co-marketing programs with partners, including joint campaigns, promotions, and enablement initiatives to support pipeline growth.
* Conceptualize compelling brand and campaign messaging, including ad copy, blogs, thought leadership, presentations, webinars, videos, and event content.
* Track market trends, competitive activity, and performance metrics to refine strategies and keep regional marketing efforts competitive
Requirements
Basic qualifications
* 3-5 years of relevant work experience in sales/channel enablement and regional marketing. Experience in B2B/high-tech products/services is preferred
* Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms
* Proven experience writing high-quality blogs and articles
* Bilingual proficiency in English and German (for content creation, translation, and collaboration)
* Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
Preferred qualifications
* Experience in the online/digital marketing/advertising industry
* At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience in the internet, software, media, and high-tech industries
* Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
* Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
* The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
