Requirements
Must have:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Masters preferred) - Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity management with global exposure - Strong negotiation and contract management skills - Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global commodity strategies to ensure cost competitiveness, supply security, quality, and innovation - Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities and mitigate risks - Build, manage, and optimize a global supplier base across all regions - Lead global negotiations and establish framework agreements with key suppliers - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance stakeholders - Monitor and report global commodity performance metrics (e.g. savings, risks, supplier performance)
