Let’s dive in: Manage and nurture customer relationships via phone, email, and digital channels Prepare quotations and follow up until successful deal closure Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) Qualify leads and support the key account sales team Coordinate with internal departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and Technical Support Your profile That sounded great, right?
