We are looking to hire a Recruitment officer to join and strengthen our HR team in Frankfurt. This role will play a central part in our recruitment activities across Germany, supporting hiring needs for our sites in Munich, Frankfurt, and Berlin.
The ideal candidate will be a key partner to our operations teams and help ensure we build a strong and reliable talent pipeline nationwide.
Under the supervision of the HR director and within a team of peoples including payroll manager, hr coordinator, your main responsabilities are:
4. Manage the full interview and selection process for middle management positions and operational workers.
5. Support managers in candidate selection.
6. Provide candidates with all necessary information (working conditions, schedules, etc.).
7. Conduct pre-screening and pre-interviews.
8. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
9. Finalize the overall interview process.
10. Coordinate with the HR Coordinator to ensure proper onboarding on the employee’s first day.
11. Oversee all job boards and the ATS.
12. Build strong partnerships with operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of recruitment needs.
13. Ensure all open positions are filled efficiently and within appropriate timelines.
14. Ensure all required documentation and resources are prepared for interviews and the hiring process.
15. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement sourcing strategies aimed at attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels, particularly for high-volume hourly roles.
16. Serve as the lead recruiter for operational positions and ensure all hiring needs are met.
17. Monitor recruitment strategies and adjust them based on market trends and internal data.
18. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
19. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Perfil
20. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred but not required
21. Beginners are welcome
22. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
23. Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
24. Diplomacy and ability to handle sensitive situations
25. Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics
