As part of the program, you will gain a holistic understanding of our business by job‑shadowing in related areas such as Marketing and Product Management.The position will be filled at the earliest possible date.Your ContributionSupporting and learning by our Key Account Managers in their daily business and all belongingsHandling customer inquiries and preparing quotations, including pricing and feasibility checks.Supporting and preparing contract negotiations Preparing sales and revenue forecasts and contributing to market and customer analyses.Maintaining master data in internal systems and monitoring bonus and commission settlements.Your ProfileA successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.Initial experience through internships, working student roles or studies abroad; experience in an international environment is a plus.Strong communication skills combined with a structured and proactive working style.Analytical thinking and confident use of MS Office; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage.Very good German and English language skills; French is a plus.High level of initiative, team orientation and willingness to take responsibility.Your BenefitsSCHOTT’s openness to promote your further development is just as great as our additional benefits.
