Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight and execution of department strategy within team, reporting to senior management and monitoring performance indicators in real-time.
* Cultivation of relationship management with key sales representatives and partners to develop strategic partnerships driving business results.
* Evaluation of regulatory changes communicated to internal stakeholders ensuring seamless understanding across teams.
* Analyses file admissibility (completeness, anti-money laundering/know your customer, internal rules) until final customer acceptance for maximum efficiency
