Business Development Representative (BDR)
. You'll play a crucial role in filling the Sales team's pipeline with qualified opportunities, connecting with senior-level decision-makers, and driving meaningful client conversations. This is a
client-facing role -
perfect for someone passionate about sales, eager to learn, and ready to kickstart a long-term career in SaaS.
You don't need to be based in Munich - remote candidates are welcome - but you should be able to come to the office
once a week or once every two weeks

The Role
As a BDR, you will:
* Develop new relationships via email, LinkedIn, and phone to secure meetings with senior-level decision-makers.
* Assess prospect needs, identify pain points, explain solutions, and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with your Account Executive, logging organized notes and tracking outreach.
* Research accounts and prospects thoroughly, understanding initiatives and objectives to craft tailored outreach strategies.
* Build mock-ups that illustrate the value of the platform beyond current solutions.
* Contribute ideas to improve processes, experiments, and sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Bring
* Passion for sales and

* Fluent in
German and English

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at enterprise brands.
