Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support and execution of technical installations, infrastructure, and technical building projects.
2. Documentation and preparation of technical drawings for the projects.
3. Management, monitoring, and documentation of the budget for assigned projects.
4. Provision of technical expertise for all technical projects in the areas of air purification in production, automation of production equipment, and modification and/or upgrade of existing machines/systems.
5. Preparation of hazard analyses and risk assessments.
6. Preparation of requirement specifications and participation in technical meetings with suppliers.
7. Approval of processes, machines, and regulations in accordance with the defined approval procedures.
8. Detailed planning of projects carried out during summer or winter shutdowns.
9. Coordination of external contractors.
Education
10. Completed degree or diploma in engineering or a comparable qualification.
Work Experience
11. At least 3 years of professional experience in a technical field, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
12. Experience in project management and in leading technical project planning.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
13. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks as well as experience with SAP.
14. Ability to read and create technical drawings.
15. Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards.
16. Excellent command of German and English, both spoken and written.
17. Hands-on mentality, analytical thinking, and strong willingness to learn.
18. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Travel Requirements
10%: Up to 26 business days per year
