You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, cultivating strong relationships and aligning recruitment strategies with our organizational growth goals.
* Execute flawless recruitment solutions against each vacancy at speed.
* End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: From initial role briefing to onboarding, you will oversee all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring excellence and delivering exceptional value at every step.
* Deliver market best headhunting capability to unearth and engage top talent.
Strong recruiter with a change-oriented mindset
We’re searching for a dedicated and change-oriented Talent Acquisition Business Partner with the ability to thrive independently while collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders.
Key qualifications include:
* Extensive experience managing recruitment across entry-level to senior roles within Germany.
* Strong strategic thinking coupled with hands-on recruitment expertise.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work autonomously.
* Fluency in both German and English.
Additional experience recruiting across the Nordic region is an advantage – as well as a background in insurance, brokerage, or consultancy sectors.
